In the cleaning industry, the coordination of tasks can often become a complex challenge. Cora’s Task module is designed not just to simplify task management but to facilitate smooth assignments and transparent view of task statuses. From January to March 2023: 96.02% of tasks were generated from inspections, demonstrating a high reliance on our Quality Control program. The remaining 3.98% originated from other sources. As an organization, we made a decisive move towards utilizing Cora's Task Module extensively across our operations to streamline our operations and enhance transparency. By integrating work orders directly into Cora, we eliminated the need for manual notifications, ensuring that every task is captured and tracked within a single system. This approach not only allows our team to be immediately aware of new tasks but also enables clients to track the progress and status of their requests, fostering trust and accountability. From January to March 2024: There was a notable diversification in task generation: 86.20% from inspections, 8.59% from complaints, 3.22% from feedback, and 1.99% from other sources. This shift reflects our adaptive strategies in task management.
