Continuing my professional development by the successful completion of Harvard University's Justice course. This rigorous program provided an enriching exploration of moral philosophy, delving into the intricacies of ethical decision-making. The course examined diverse frameworks such as consequentialism and categorical moral reasoning, offering valuable insights into navigating complex right-versus-wrong scenarios. Through engaging discussions and thought-provoking hypothetical situations, I gained a deeper understanding of how philosophers have wrestled with moral dilemmas throughout history. Notably, the Trolley Problem and similar exercises proved particularly insightful, prompting a reevaluation of my ethical foundations. Beyond its core focus on ethical frameworks, the Justice course significantly enhanced my critical thinking and problem-solving skills. This refined skillset will undoubtedly prove invaluable in my professional endeavours, empowering me to approach complex situations with a more nuanced and well-reasoned perspective. I wholeheartedly recommend this course to anyone seeking to refine their ethical reasoning and decision-making abilities.

As role models for our students, every academic scholar must uphold our ethical standards. If we lack moral integrity and a clear ethical baseline, how can we expect our students to adhere to these values? 🙏 #AcademicIntegrity #EthicsInAcademia #RoleModels #ProfessionalStandards #StudentResponsibility #MoralIntegrity

Previsioni, trend, scenari, due diligence, rischi & opportunità, Grounded Theory: knowing which questions to ask is key. I'd rather be approximately right about the long-term than precisely wrong about the short-term
1️⃣ Congressional hearing sparks controversy over antisemitism on elite university campuses 2️⃣ University presidents criticized for their refusals to condemn calls for genocide against Jews as automatically violating conduct codes 3️⃣ Accusations of enabling antisemitism and applying double standards 4️⃣ Federal investigations into campus antisemitism fuel debate 5️⃣ Penn's response to a student's antisemitic speech sparks controversy and criticism 6️⃣ A broader debate is sorely needed over the role of university leaders in promoting moral leadership, integrity, excellence, and civic values. By remaining silent and evading responsibility they are setting a bad example for future generations #CollegeAntisemitism #Freespeech #StudentConduct #CampusClimate #UniversityLeaders #CampusControversy #DoubleStandards #FederalInvestigations #StudentSafety #CampusTensions #HateSpeech #MoralLeadership #Integrity #Excellence #CivicValues #SilenceIsNotAnOption #FutureGenerations #PennControversy https://lnkd.in/dEYhF34G
