I am thrilled to share that, I successfully validated my knowledge about the Purpose, Process and Practices of a Product-led organisation offered by Pendo.io in order to deliver cohesive and sustainable value for our customers via a Product. My Key Takeaways : Customer Value is realised by increasing adoption, usage, retention and reduce churn and total cost of ownership associated with the product by taking into account user behavior, segments and feedback. Use product analytics to consider data-informed decision to grow and improve the Product in a holistic manner. Enhance customer experience by understanding who they are, what they need in order to build a delightful unified experience in terms simplicity to complete actions and accessibility to explore the options available to fulfil their needs and jobs to be done via the Product.
