⏰With the clocks going back this weekend, it's important to understand how it can impact your employee's pay. If their contract states that they are required to work a "7-hour shift", they will still be paid for 7 hours, but they'll be going home an hour earlier on the clock. However, if their contract states that you are required to work from midnight until 7am, they will actually be working for 8 hours and therefore entitled to 8 hours' pay.
