Candidate feedback is just as important as client feedback… 👇🏻 After every interview, I always make the time to call my candidates and discuss how the interview went in detail. I like to see if they have any questions and gauge how excited they are about the role / company etc. 💃🏻 This builds momentum and keeps them engaged, so when I speak with my clients, I already know if the candidate would love the job or not. It sounds like basic recruitment, and for me it is. But you would be surprised how many candidates go for interviews and never hear a dicky bird back… It’s crazy!
