At The Conversations That Matter, we believe that core values drive our behaviors. In fact, most adult’s values are pretty set and don’t change easily. In addition to our core values, we each interact with the world around us in our own ways. The trick is that our interaction with the ‘outside’ is a moving target. Depending on a whole bunch of circumstances, including but not limited to environment, location, others influencing the situation, sleep, health, past situations, and so many more, we might act and react differently based on the truth we are experiencing. In The Inside-Out Approach to Leadership, we start by really knowing ourselves. In every situation where we want to show up as an authentic leader, we must factor in things that influence our behaviors beyond our core values. Sometimes this can be done on-the-fly, but most of the time, it requires intentionality. During this 45-minute workshop we will act as your guide as you pause and go inward to define how you want to lead by becoming an intentional, authentic leader.
