No one has all of the answers, but everyone can help in some way. Asking for and giving help is a fundamental skill that fosters human connection and growth. 🌱
Heart & Sole reminds participants that reaching out for help demonstrates self-awareness and courage. Similarly, the program informs participants that offering help creates a sense of community, empathy, and solidarity. Being open to this exchange improves relationships and makes every member of the team more confident, informed, and capable in the face of life’s challenges.

For my blog interview with Peacebuilders, I was asked what advice I would want to share with a fellow youth. Check out my answer down below, as I believe everyone can benefit from this!
What advice would you share with fellow young individuals?
Nebiyou: The advice I would give is to acknowledge the power of kindness. Show kindness, love everything you do, always have the heart to help people, and make people’s day, even if it’s a simple gesture. Because a simple act of kindness goes a long way and will take you much farther than you expect, kindness and discipline will take you to a place where hard work won’t.

Happy International Boy Child Day!
Today, we celebrate and acknowledge the importance of raising our boys with care, attention, and love.
Having worked on a few personal and group projects focused on the boy child and youths, I've seen firsthand how often their unique needs and challenges are overlooked.
It's crucial to remember that boys need as much guidance and support as girls. Our society cannot thrive if we continue to neglect the boy child.
Too often, we prepare women for unprepared men, perpetuating a cycle that benefits no one.
Let's commit to raising our boys well.
Teach them to be humane, responsible, kind, and respectful to everyone. Encourage them to practice good personal hygiene and embrace domestic responsibilities.
By doing so, we nurture future men who are compassionate, respectful, and well-rounded.
Together, we can break the cycle and create a better world for all.
Theodore Roosevelt said; "do what you can, with what you have, where you are.
Dear parents, raise your boys well!
Happy International Boy Child Day!
PS: The video is one of my personal projects I did 2 years ago🙆, from planning to execution.

Talking to children about their rights helps them understand their value and builds their confidence.
There was once a little girl named Aaliyah. Aaliyah loves going to school and playing with her friends.
One day, she learns that all children have the right to go to school, play, and be safe.
"Aaliyah was a bright and happy girl who loved to learn. One day, her teacher told the class about their rights.
Aaliyah was excited to learn that every child has the right to go to school, play, and feel safe.'
She felt important and proud knowing these rights. She told her friends, 'We all have rights that protect us and make sure we can be happy and safe!' From that day on, Aaliyah felt more confident and knew that her feelings and needs mattered."
Children can see themselves and understand their own rights better.
This helps them feel valued and confident, ready to face the world.
Let’s empower the next generation!
Here are tips on How to Talk to Children About Their Rights:
✨️Be Honest
✨️Use Simple Language
✨️It is important to encourage them to ask questions and express their thoughts. Stop saying shut up
✨️Use stories or examples to make it easier for them to relate.
✨️Be Patient, give them time to understand and don’t rush the conversation.
✨️Only listen, pay attention to what they say and make them feel heard.
✨️Be Supportive and reassure them that their feelings and rights matter.
