Builds and translates strategy into daily language of a salesperson / Start-up investor / Coach & Mentor / Commercial Performance Enabler

At the end of the day, “all roads lead to Rome” Some calls it “flow state”, othe rs “peak performance moments”, in zen they call it “no mind” state and many others. It is all about being. Becoming the person who sees and seeks enjoyment in learning, doing, performing. I think sales is the most difficult field to adopt this because you are judged on your results on daily basis. But it is possible… and more importantly it is necessary to have long term success. That is why organizations and people like Performance Consultants International Tim Gallwey, Jeffrey Lipsius and Erdem Erol guide us on the journey “becoming”
