At EMROSE projects, we are passionate about demystifying art for our clients. Rather than “art for art’s sake,” we harness art for your sake. The difference? An intentional creative vision that transforms your space and accomplishes your goals. The beauty of this approach is the flexibility it allows- we love filling in the gaps from what you envision and what you currently see. Going beyond a visual understanding, art can also serve the purpose of representing a variety of goals in a space. The story behind the art can be just as important as the story the art tells visually. For places aspiring to create a community of diversity informed by history - intentional art curation is a powerful tool. What would “Art for YOUR Sake” look like to you? We would love to assist you in discovering- https://lnkd.in/ezymjV5D

It’s World Art Day! Today is a day to reflect on creativity and to encourage appreciation of the arts. Significantly, it’s also Leonardo Da Vinci’s 592nd birthday! LinkedIn is a professional social media, it’s about networking and showcasing our lives as they relate to what we do in a professional sense - it’s not overly concerned with the arts. When it comes to World Art Day, I don’t have any explicit business experience directly related to the arts, but I think it’s important to highlight how much art can do for us beyond what we do for work. Art, and learning about art, has done so much for my worldview and has broadened my horizons no end. I have a long-standing involvement with the dramatic arts, I follow art-history courses, and I am married to a visual artist, Mary. The time I’ve dedicated to art might not directly correlate to my being a better professional, but it has made me a more well-rounded person and given me a more holistic perspective of the world in which we exist. We live in a very career-oriented culture and there is an attitude (especially on platforms such as this) that things that aren’t to do with making you a better professional are superfluous. But this attitude neglects that the more creativity we engage in - the broader our interests - the more we enrich our lives and capabilities. To only work, and to only focus on work, is to ultimately burn out and to limit your understanding of the world. We act because we care, and we care because we experience and connect. Art can help us experience and connect more deeply and more broadly. Today, take the opportunity to engage with something outside of your day-to-day life. Indulge your creative impulses and see how it feels. Happy World Art Day!

🎨 allowing artFULL expression we are FEELING beings from thinking to SENSING being, PLAYING IMMERSING INjoying "breaking out of the silos" and honoring our creative source from within, cascading potential is at our fingertips... I continue to play with immersive art and whole body experiential design. This curatorial process began early for me in life and continuously emerges today, a few decades later, wow, talk about flow! I appreciate how there is a slight mention of current/recent exhibitions featuring immersive art. I would also appreciate acknowledging the many artists, like myself, who have been actively paving the way, especially before the Internet was an option, or boycotted altogether. And moreover, I believe that our global indigenous ancestral lineages offer us "blueprints" that already express what is beginning to be posited and/or studied and labeled as a "blueprint" in this book, any other, and this discussion about "Your Brain on Art". I also believe there is enormous potential for immersive art experiential offerings to restore and sustain wellbeing in place, on or offline. So the question I have is, where is the funding and facilitation prioritization to support the need? Keep me in the loop! And count me in at the art studio, design table and curatorial journey! Ready when you are!! 🌀🌊💙 https://lnkd.in/gbRKVHnw

Beyond the Paradigm: Unlocking Creative and Emotional Intelligence Through Art Engaging with art goes far beyond simply viewing or creating—it’s about fully immersing ourselves in the experience, whether it's through visual art, music, performance, or any other form. When we engage with art, we open ourselves to new possibilities and insights, moving beyond the rigid paradigms of logic and routine. Art invites us to think creatively, to see connections we might otherwise overlook, and to explore ideas that challenge our usual ways of thinking. This type of engagement taps directly into creative intelligence, allowing us to step outside traditional frameworks and into a more fluid, imaginative mindset. At the same time, it nurtures emotional intelligence by evoking deep emotional responses that encourage empathy, self-awareness, and understanding. Whether we're creating art or simply experiencing it, we activate a broader range of cognitive and emotional pathways, expanding our capacity to think more openly, connect more deeply, and approach challenges with fresh perspectives. In both our personal and professional lives, this helps us move beyond narrow solutions and explore a wider range of possibilities. In these evolving times, we must move beyond traditional paradigms and allow our diverse intelligences to interplay for greater innovation and growth. ARTISTS CONCLAVE FOUNDATION uses Visual ART as a transformational tool to build PEACE among Communities. Visual Art helps individuals to express their hidden complex emotions and experiences that may be difficult to articulate and that leads to greater self-awareness and understanding. Art reflects and emphasizes the values, beliefs, skill sets and struggles of different cultures. It provides insight into the day-to-day life experiences and helps communities to approach challenges with different perspectives that are unfamiliar, fostering empathy and compassion. Visual Art, while encouraging imaginative thinking and creativity, allows people to explore ideas and concepts breaking the barriers. This exploration leads to new ways of understanding the world often challenging societal norms and perceptions. Art prompts viewers to question their beliefs and assumptions which opens up new ways of thinking and perceiving the world. Regular practice of Visual art helps to transcend the ordinary, touching on spiritual or existential realms. This leads individuals to contemplate their purpose of life, existence, and their place in the universe. Visual Art brings people together, creating shared experiences that can lead to collective understanding and community building. These connections can foster shared human experiences that transcend individual differences. Practicing art is a therapeutic process that helps individuals to process trauma, bring peace within and heal. This can unlock personal and spiritual insights and pathways to recovery which otherwise is inaccessible. In essence, art serves as a great tool to explore the unknown layers of consciousness opening doors to realms of thoughts, feelings and emotions that might otherwise remain hidden. #ArtPractise #ArtClasses #Sketching #ArtistsConclavefoundation #Peacebuilding #CommunityDevelopment #capacitybuilding #ArtShows

Have you ever wondered why art holds such a significant place in our lives and economies? Beyond its aesthetic charm, art is a profound medium of expression with layers of value—a cultural cornerstone, an emotional catalyst, and a lucrative investment. Cultural Value: Art serves as a mirror to society, preserving histories and showcasing diverse cultural narratives. It challenges us to think critically, decipher symbols, and embark on journeys through time and space. Consider how artists like Jean-Michel Basquiat have used their canvases to speak on social justice and identity. Emotional Value: The beauty and emotion encapsulated in a painting can evoke deep personal connections. We find pieces that resonate with us, sparking joy or contemplation—much like how Jackson Pollock’s dynamic expressions draw viewers into a dance of color and form. Monetary Value: Art is not just for the walls of museums; it’s an asset class with potential for significant appreciation. Savvy investors recognize the worth of accumulating works from influential artists, enjoying the juxtaposition of passion and investment. Social Value: Art brings people together, fostering community and dialogue. It’s a universal language that inspires collaboration and understanding. What does art mean to you, and how do you perceive its value in your life or work? Share your thoughts and let’s explore the transformative power of art together!

Every illustration I create is a blend of imagination, technique, and storytelling. Recently, I’ve been reflecting on how art not only connects people but also inspires them to see the world differently. Through The illustribe I’ve had the privilege of nurturing young artists and fostering a community where creativity thrives. Whether it’s a simple sketch or a complex design, every piece is a step toward growth and self-expression. https://lnkd.in/dCkWwami
