We won't 'mine' that because it takes too much energy. Our concept of 'Energetic Remoteness' applies to both 'decreasing density' and 'increasing distance'. So mining other planets won't happen for those reasons. As Circular Economy rightly puts Walter R. Stahel: before Recycle there are other R's: Refuse, Re-use, Repair. Also, usage intervals must remain long. Even when more efficient designs are there because the INEVITABLE losses from recycling can then be amortized over a longer period of time.
