✈ Great news! We worked with MATAR, the Qatar Company for Airports Operation and Management, to implement a digital permit-to-work system that will enhance efficiency, streamline processes, expedite response time between Hamad International Airport and its partners, and boost the airport's robust safety measures. 🚀 This is yet another example of how digital #ControlOfWork is a key component of effective safety management, and how it leads to operational efficiencies in many different industries. 🤝 We're proud to work with MATAR and look forward to being part of their #OperationalExcellence initiatives! #OperationalRiskManagement #PermitToWork #HIAQatar #AirportOperations #AirportExcellence #HamadInternationalAirport

On the 28th August 2022, MASIL proudly opened its latest state of the art GSE facility to handle and service Baghdad International Airport ground handling equipment. Now almost a year and half later, we are happy that our GSE facility managed by Selvaraj Sivaraman, MBA, CMRP ® is still active with full power and ready to provide the best service that Masil Aviation has to offer. As a proud member of this company, I believe that every passenger deserves the best service when traveling through airports. However, this is especially important for those using the Baghdad International Airport. As one of the busiest airports in Iraq, it is crucial that we prioritize the comfort and satisfaction of our passengers. From the moment they step foot in the airport, we should strive to make their journey as smooth and hassle-free as possible. This includes providing efficient check-in procedures, comfortable waiting areas, easy navigation throughout the airport, and timely updates on flight information. In addition, it is our responsibility to ensure the safety and security of our passengers at all times. With the current global situation, this is more important than ever. By providing the best service, we can give our passengers peace of mind and create a positive experience for them. But it's not just about the physical aspects of the airport. As airport professionals, we should also focus on providing excellent customer service. This means being friendly, helpful, and accommodating to all passengers, regardless of their background or circumstances. Don't underestimate the impact of great service. It can turn a stressful travel experience into a pleasant one and leave a lasting impression on passengers. It's not only beneficial for our reputation as an airport service provider, but also for the country as a whole. So let's come together and make Baghdad International Airport a model of exceptional service and hospitality. Our passengers deserve nothing less than the best, and it is our duty to provide it to them. After all, it's the little things that make a big difference in someone's journey. #BaghdadInternationalAirport #BestService #PassengerExperience #TransportationIndustry #BIAP #Iraq #Baghdad #aviation #Masil #menziesaviation #iraqiairways #GSE #PRIDE #passion #people
