So you go out to have some lunch, you order the food, you take the first bite and then your phone buzzes and you answer and that says hey, we need to send that offer letter right now. This is for all the HR out there. Now let me paint you a little picture. All right, imagine you have. Gotten a very important project and you need to find that ideal person to complete this project, alright, And you're on a quest to find the ideal candidate and finally, after an intense, very, very intense interview process. You have found the one, you're happy, your team is happy, and now all of what you have left to do is send that offer letter. But you think, OK, to celebrate this victory of finding the one, I'll just step out to have some lunch. So you go out to have some lunch, you order the food, you take the first bite, and then your phone buzzes and you answer. And that says, hey, we need to send that offer letter right now. Now you cannot leave your food just on the table and run back to office. And even if you are using a traditional way to get your document signed, it's just going to take ages. Imagine sending the offer letter using an e-mail. The person who is going to sign the document will have to scan it, sign it, print it, put it back in the system. So many things. Also if you want the person to swing down to the office and if that person is not in your current reach. Then that is going to be another problem. Now I'll tell you how can you handle the situation without actually leaving your lunch and just by pulling out your phone and that is through an electronic signature application. Now you see, using an electronic signature application, you can simply send any document you want. Maybe it's an offer letter, but sometimes it could also be a policy document that you have to send it to multiple employees in your organization and some of them are working remotely, some of them. On a vacation and still you want to get that document signed. In any situation like this, an electronic signature application can come in handy. Trust me. So you see, just by pulling out your phone and having the document in your phone, all you have to do is in just a few simple steps, you send the document to the ideal person and that person can literally open it from their any electronic device and sign it right away instantly and send it back to you. As in if the person has opened the document, have they signed it and what are the other activities they're doing in the document. So apart from this, there's also so many security factors that are involved in using an electronic signature application. Imagine you want to make sure that the right person is actually signing the document. There are ways to do that by using an OTP. You see now many banking. Transactions are using OTB just like that. We use OTB to make sure that the right person is signing the document and that is. You send an OTP using an electronic signature platform to that intended person who is going to sign and only using that code, the person would be able to open the document and sign it. Also, your documents will be super secure. Or when it is signed using an electronic signature application. Because here's the deal. When a document is completed, as in signed and completed using an electronic signature platform, this means that the document is digitally sealed, which again means that if anyone tries to do. Any kind of change to that document, the document becomes invalid because the sale will be broken. In that way it makes the document tamper evident and tamper proof.
