Job description
Roles And Responsibilities
Support and handle internal communications including top management and departments.
Perform general administrative processes such as but not limited to; filing, managing daily schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, and scheduling appointments with internal and external parties.
Coordinate operations, and procurement processes including suppliers, purchasing, property inventory, and disposal.
Establish and maintain databases for service providers.
Provide general support to visitors; including welcoming and navigating consent.
Job Requirements And Qualifications
Graduate with a bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field.
1 - 3 years of experience in an administrative, or similar role
Excellent command of English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and web browsers.
Required Skills
Strong organizing and time management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently, quickly, precisely, and take the initiative and responsibility
Work Conditions
Working Hours: From 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Fridays & Saturdays are off.
Work Location: 5th settlement.
