Farilyn Hurt, Endeavor Brand Ambassador, just completed the 2024 Air Race Classic as a team coach. The Air Race Classic is a four-day race that spans an approximate 2,400 miles, bringing together women pilots from all different backgrounds in aviation. "Imagine how people feel when they’ve accomplished a hike to the top of a mountain. As crazy as it sounds, that is how it felt to complete the Women’s Air Race Classic. I felt honored to represent my school and be amongst so many amazing and talented female pilots. It reassured me and reenergized the pursuit of my dream to become an airline captain. It has been wonderful to see our team grow as their 2024 Air Race Classic Coach and I am immensely proud of them." -Farilyn Hurt, Endeavor Air Brand Ambassador/MTSU CFI

🏁💻 Drawing parallels between the fast-paced world of Formula 1 and the dynamic realm of software testing at Expleo Group! 🚀 Having recently engaged in a captivating virtual Q&A session with F1 superstar Pierre GASLY, the parallels between software testing and testing in Formula 1 have never been more apparent. Just as in Formula 1, where split-second decisions and flawless execution are critical, the world of software testing demands precision, agility, and a relentless pursuit of perfection. Both areas thrive on innovation and pushing boundaries. In Formula 1, testing is not just about speed; it's about ensuring every component performs flawlessly under extreme conditions. Similarly, in software testing, it's not just about functionality; it's about guaranteeing reliability, security, and seamless user experience. Pierre Gasly's insights into life in the fast lane and the rigorous testing processes involved shed light on the importance of collaboration, meticulous planning, and continuous improvement. These principles resonate deeply with our approach to software testing at Expleo. As we gear up for the season ahead, Pierre's words serve as a reminder of the importance of resilience, teamwork, and embracing innovation. 🚀🏎️ #SoftwareTesting #F1 #Innovation #Teamwork #Expleo #ThinkBoldActReliable

Meet Jessica Cox, a pilot with no arms. 😳 In a world where limitations often define our potential, there are individuals like Jessica who redefine what's possible. Despite been born without arms, Jessica didn’t let anything hold her back. In fact, she became the first certified sport pilot to fly a plane using only her feet, earning a Guinness World Record! Jessica's success wasn’t just about her. She had a whole group of pilots cheering her on. They believed in her and supported her every step of the way. And that teamwork made all the difference. Jessica's story reminds us that we’re stronger together. Just like how her pilot friends supported her, we can rely on our friends and family when times get tough. With their support, we can overcome any obstacle and reach for the stars. Jessica Cox incredible story serves as a powerful reminder that resilience, determination, and the support of others can help us overcome even the toughest obstacles. So, let’s learn from Jessica’s journey. Let’s lean on each other, encourage one another, and together, we can achieve the impossible. Taking steps toward sustainable practices is crucial, and if the entire aviation industry starts using sustainable plastics, it could make a big difference. This would help minimize plastic waste and maximize the use of recycled and upcycled materials. Reuse, recycling, and upcycling are all key, but the most important thing is educating employees. Everyone needs to understand their role in contributing to a healthier environment.

What makes the Ultimate Team?? Integrity, Discpline, Communication, Skill, Precision, Performance under pressure… A few years back I had the privilege to meet some of the pilots of The Red Arrows. A team known for being the best. Their badge on their uniforms shows the aircrafts in their trademark diamond nine formation, with the motto…. Éclat, a French word meaning "brilliance" or "excellence". After spending some time with them I was interested in what they looked for when it came to recruiting their team. The main thing I took was ‘Trust’… They talked about excellence/ brilliance but main element I found was Trust between each other… They were confident in the guy next to them to perform the right maneoure at the precise time in the most pressured of environments. Meaning when recruiting potential candidates, they focused more on the correct individuals with the relevant skills that fitted into the team culture & got on well with the rest of the group. When creating the Ultimate Team getting the right people in the room who can be trusted & passionate about the team can sometimes be more important than the most qualified candidate. #redarrows #teamwork #Éclat
