Candidates’ economic strategies, focusing on job creation, technological adaptation, and trade policies, will be crucial in determining the direction of these vital industries. Technological advancements, such as 3D printing and automation, are transforming these sectors. While these technologies offer efficiency and innovation, they also pose challenges for the workforce, making upskilling and reskilling programs essential. To address the evolving skill requirements and because to try to use their in-house resources to do the work can overtax their HR department, many companies are increasingly relying on contracted recruiters to source and recruit individuals with the right skill sets. Recruiters play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the current workforce and the demands of modern manufacturing and packaging roles. Whether you choose a firm or an independent recruiter on a contingency basis or retainment contract, make sure that the person you speak to is inquisitive and genuinely interested in getting to know your company and hiring practices as well as what characteristics and skills will make the ideal fit for an employee for you.
