Big news for Massachusetts! The Biden-Harris Administration has awarded the Commonwealth over $14 million in grants to expand zero-emission EV charging and refueling infrastructure across the Bay State. This investment supports the goal of 500,000 zero-emission EV chargers by 2030. In 2024, Massachusetts saw 38,000 new public chargers activated. Read more here: https://zurl.co/wVU3w

Funding award news: Meet the 25 Communities Taking Charge projects aiming to further connect and scale the electric transportation ecosystem! 🎉 We’re taking the momentum of public charging station growth and building on it—the Joint Office of Energy and Transportation has awarded $43.7 million to 25 projects in 23 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico that further connect and scale zero-emission transportation infrastructure. 🔌 From using lampposts to create more L2 chargers, ⚡ to a unique public charging model in which a utility will install EV charging equipment at multifamily housing complexes, 🚲 the projects awarded are mapped on our site 🗺️ across the three areas the funding aims to address: https://lnkd.in/gxNfHmhe

We're thrilled to work with The City of Portland and our partners Forth Mobility, it's electric, Lime and Portland State University to bring charging for personal electric vehicles (EVs) and shared-use electric fleets via Zipcar, e-scooters and e-bikes.
