📌 The assignment: Ensure the future of the auto industry is bright and made in America. 💪 We just announced $1.7 billion in funding for America’s historic auto manufacturers and suppliers to make the clean vehicles of the future here at home with union workers. This funding will help convert 11 shuttered or at-risk auto manufacturing facilities across 8 states to produce electric and hybrid electric vehicles and their components.
