Welcome to the team Boone! 1. What's your educational background? Bachelors Degree from Oklahoma State University (Go Pokes!) 2. What do you do for TEi and what does it entail? As a Manager of Project Controls, my team and I are responsible for overseeing and coordinating project cost control, change management, and implementing and monitoring Earned Value methodologies. Through development, coaching and auditing of these deliverables we strive to support Project Management and Fabrication in delivering projects on time and on budget. 3. What work experience do you have that helped you get this role? I have 14 years of Project Controls experience mainly supporting Large Strategic Construction Projects in the Oil and Natural Gas and Electrical (Data Center) Industries. 4. What are 3 things you’d like to share about you? 1. I have a wonderful family consisting of my beautiful wife and two beautiful daughters ,a fluffy face Goldendoodle and a puppy Velociraptor (German Shorthaired Pointer). 2. I enjoy traveling adventures with my family, anything from weekend trips to hike and camp to longer adventures checking out National Parks. 3. Hobbies include hunting, fishing, and mountain bike riding.

The director is responsible for reporting the overall health of the company to the CEO, COO, CFO's, Segment President, internal and external auditors, directors, and project management. This reporting includes WIP reporting, KPR's, Forecasting, Cash Flow Statements, Sox Compliance, and Audit Board.
