Thank you New York City Economic Development Corporation and Andrew Kimball for selecting Enertiv for the Climate Innovation Program at the Brooklyn Army Terminal. The city's landlords cannot tackle the #ClimateChallenge without working closely with their tenants. The NYCEDC is leading the way, showing other landlords how radical #transparency, through metering, software and insights can turn the black box of tenant consumption into a green field of reduction opportunities. Enertiv will work quickly to establish an automated submetering infrastructure, which will accureately differentiate the tenants' energy consumption against common area loads and HVAC units. This transparency into the cost impact of each tenant will improve billing accuracy, provide operational insights, and create the foundation of a #partnership between NYCEDC and the Brooklyn Army Terminal's tenants.
