Dont use Enfin. They pay the companies who have not done the installs and then go out of business. They leave the customer with a giant loan with daily interest on a system they never received. They are not customer friendly. They destroy hardworking American, veteran families.

9moDear CEO of Enfin, I'm reaching out with a concern regarding a recent transaction with Enfin and Solio Solar. I was told the solar panels would cost $65,000, but was promised a $34,000 discount and a 40% federal credit, making the deal seem favorable. However, after quick installation and an unexpected loan arrangement, both Enfin and Solio Solar have become unreachable. The promised financial benefits have not materialized, leaving me in a challenging position. This situation has unfortunately led me to question the reliability of support and service from both companies.
