Teammates from Enfusion’s Bengaluru office recently visited Auxilium Navajeevana, a refuge for children between the ages of six and 18, to volunteer their time. Volunteers spent the day playing games and distributing donated groceries, toiletries, and other daily essentials. Enfusion is also proud to have funded a new roof for the facility, which volunteers helped install. #OneEnfusion

Please can you share far and wide? Other details to follow... For Winter 2024, the guys & girls from Central Blues Away Travel will be raising funds/donations for the following causes: 1. The Homeless of Birmingham: we wish to buy/collect as many hats, scarves, gloves, and warm clothing as possible to distribute to the homeless on our streets. 2. Pensioners: To offset the increased heating costs our pensioners will face, we wish to buy/collect as many tinned, non-perishable food items as possible to distribute to the pensioners of Brum. 3. 2024 Christmas Toy Appeal: we will (for the 6th consecutive year) be funding/collecting as many toys (new only) as possible to distribute to all Birmingham Children's hospitals, homes and under privileged families as possible. We can't do this without your support. there will be a network of drop-off points and volunteers to manage pick-ups, confirmed at a later date. For now, we will utilise Charity Footy Cards and individual donations to commence the task of stock piling goods to support the above initiatives. KRO 💙 💙 💙

Despite our very best efforts yesterday, we closed Thursday night. 18th of January, 2024, with 19 people over 6 homes who remained in need.. Today, Friday, the 19th of January, 2024, we started the day with a regular donation of £5, and we added £39 of local funds to it and resolved a single home, and we added a further £300 of local funds, With this we resolved a further 5 homes at a spend of £210, leaving us £90 in the pot. As an explanation, remember that when we top-up #prepaymentmeters (#PPMs) they often have a debt on them being collected at a rate of between £2.00 & £21 per week, and in some cases, people have debt on both their #Gas & #Energy Meters, they also take the standing charge and any "Friendly Credit" uses overnight/Sundays or Bank holidays and finally also take "Emergency Credit used" https://lnkd.in/eUfNHxSK https://lnkd.in/e39UiGtB It is not just about tariffs, it is about energy efficiency as well. Just today, we have received 12 valid claims; the numbers have been higher because of the cold spell and the increase in fuel costs since the first of January.. Of these using the £90 in the pot and a further £36, we have resolved 3, and at the current time, 13:30hrs on Friday, 19th January 2024, we have nine homes in need, that is 28 people without energy

This morning we have added £250 of local funds to the £715, that we had available from the 23rd December, so have £965 available. Our benefactor paid to resolve 16 homes on the 24th, spending £656 and we had donated us, Qty 25, £25 food boxes £625, and on the 25th our benefactor resolved 3 homes £117 and finally yesterday they resolved 7 homes spending £287.. I have to thank the #Sikh communities of Nottingham and Derby for the food boxes This morning Wednesday, the 27th of December 2023, we have already had 11 referrals (bust due to the end of friendly credit) , all of which have been resolved, and as of 10:30hrs, we have spent £451 and have £514 in the pot remaining.

Running a business in Wales? Is Corporate Social Responsibility part of your operating culture? If yes, what does your response to CSR look like? Could a partnership with Llamau help you achieve your goals? Worth a thought. Worth a chat. I can facilitate a gentle opening discussion. Sam Austin Frances Beecher Peter Mackie
Well done to an incredible group of supporters who all climbed to the top of Pen Y Fan on 20 July. Despite the fog descending mid hike, their goal was clear and they raised over £2500 to support homeless young people and women and children affected by domestic abuse. Huge thanks to everyone who participated and those who donated to support their fundraising efforts.

During National Diaper Need Awareness Week (September 23 – 29) we're amplifying our efforts to end diaper insecurity and sharing how the Good+ network and community can join us. Here's a snapshot of our efforts: -We’ve donated over 36 million diapers since 2001. -We are a proud member of the National Diaper Bank Network, working to find long-term solutions to diaper need. -This year, we advocated with our NDBN partners to secure $1.5M in state funding to address diaper need across New York State. -We’re collaborating with Coterie to provide a year’s supply of diapers for families through the Coterie Diaper Share Program. What you can do: Make a donation to support our efforts in ending diaper need. Mail unused diapers to our NYC or LA warehouses⎯Coterie will cover shipping costs through 2025. Read the story for more info. #enddiaperinsecurity #diaperawareness

Here is a lesser known tip I give to local governments and nonprofits when they are looking at entering FEMA's Public Assistance program. Document all volunteer labor and donations. Any donated services or materials that take the place of paid work can be used to offset the organization's future non-federal cost share. Let's say a city is running a congregate shelter. The value of all the volunteer labor used to run the shelter, provide services, sort donations, and prepare food can be used to buy down the non-federal cost share. Just make sure you keep detailed records of who volunteered, how long they worked, and what they did. Any donated materials that support the shelter count too. Just keep a list of everything that was donated and used. This could save communities thousands, but jurisdictions often miss this opportunity due to a lack of record keeping. #FEMA
