The real issue was a furniture company, a furniture company of whom I bought a sofa from and then eventually I get my delivery date for this sofa. They come in, I get told by the guy in advance that they're going to put little plastic throw rubber cups underneath the the wooden feet so that it doesn't damage the floor because he knew where to parquet wood floor, He knew it had just been restored. They'll put these little rubber feet under the seat. It's not going to be a problem under the leg so it won't scratch it. No worries. They come in, I see them attaching the little little. Beat underneath it so they don't scratch it. After they've already ******* scratched the floor and then they came back and said, well, the guys haven't actually reported this, therefore if they haven't reported it, we can't accept liability for it. There's nothing more that we can do. What? Huh.
