We are looking for a passionate and engaging Community Manager to join our team! As our Community Manager, you will be the voice of BFM on social media and other online platforms. You will be responsible for building a vibrant online community, fostering meaningful relationships with our customers, and amplifying our brand message.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop and share engaging content (text, images, videos) that resonates with our target audience, showcases our organisation, and drives engagement.
Social Media Management: Manage our social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). This includes posting regularly, responding to comments and messages promptly, and running targeted campaigns.
Community Engagement: Foster a positive and welcoming online community by interacting with customers, addressing their questions and concerns, and encouraging conversations.
Brand Advocacy: Represent BFM in a positive and professional manner, upholding our brand values and mission.
Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics related to social media performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure our online presence is always evolving.
Collaborate: Work closely with other team members (marketing, sales, customer service) to ensure consistency and alignment across all communication channels.

Qualifications:
Proven experience managing social media communities for a brand or organization.
Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft engaging content for different audiences.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices. Passionate about digital platforms, sustainability, and connecting with customers. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Positive and proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
