#simply supported beam have two vertical support of column and anchored at both end Due to bending moment bottom portion of the beam is pulled asside causing tension in the bottom portion that known as tension Zone of The Beam. And the at the same time upper portion of the beam is compressed and pulled inside causing compression in the upper portion of the beam that’s known as compression zone of the beam. #cantilever beam have one vertical support of column and anchored at one end and second end is free Due to bending moment bottom portion of the beam is pulled inside causing compression in the bottom portion that known as compression Zone Of The Beam and the at the same time upper portion of the beam is pulled asside and elongate causing tension in the upper portion of the beam that’s known as tension zone of the beam.
