SB 271 requires balconies, elevated walkways and stairs to be investigated for rot. Often the bottom of the balconies are sealed off with a ceiling and usually stucco. Are all balconies supposed to be exposed, or just new construction?

Balconies are more than just an addition to a property; they're spaces for fresh air and relaxation after a long day. They add value to properties and deserve top-notch maintenance. Our latest project wasn't just about aesthetics. We installed brand-new railings and ensured structural integrity with thorough balcony slab remediation and essential concrete repairs, all finished off with a waterproofing membrane. At Trigrand, we prioritize durability and beauty. This stunning transformation is yet another testament to our team's commitment to excellence! #restoration #restorationservices #restorationcompany #restorationintoronto #restorationproject #residentialconstruction#healthandsafetytraining #propertymanagement #propertymanagers #propertymanagment #RestorationExperts #GarageWaterproofing #PUMAFastCuring #RestorationExperts #ProfessionalResults #bricks #repairs #waterproofing #restoration #garage #repairs #slab #constructionproject #workenvironment #worksafety #commercialconstruction #construction #constructionsafety #healthandsafety

What is the cantilever beam? A cantilever beam is a structural element that extends horizontally and is supported on only one end. The unsupported end is known as the cantilever, and it extends beyond the support point. Cantilever beams are often used in construction to support balconies, roofs, and other overhangs.

Sometimes simple is best. Fresh concrete and an adirondack chair is all you need for a simple front porch #concretedesign #tennessee #tennesseeliving #murfreesboro #mountjuliettn #lebanontn #construction #homedesign #localbusiness #homeimprovement #franklintn #middletn

There are tilers, then there are TILERS! Who likes a bit of symmetry when scrubbing their flippers in the shower? 👣 We recently finished this bathroom in a complete renovation project we undertook in Kent. How did we do? #maincontractor #development #contractor #building #construction

The Three Guineas is a Grade II listed building designed by Isambard Kingdom Brunel. It was built in 1840, initially to serve as the central railway ticket office. Today, it houses a pub at the train station. Owner Fuller’s commissioned Thomann-Hanry® to carry out works of restoration to the façade and redecoration of all timber work including leadwork to the severely decayed clock tower. Due to location of the clock tower, and the length of time the job would require, it is one of the few times where we recommended the use of scaffolding. Restored with care and attention by the team at Thomann-Hanry® https://lnkd.in/eyz6Kb5p #buildings #repair #survey #façade #thomannhanry #safe #masonry #façadeexperts #façadecleaning #façaderestoration #façadelovers #façades #cleanfaçades #stonecleaning #scaffoldfree #restoration #painters #decorators #paintingcontractors #buildingrestoration #buildingconservation #propertymaintenance #propertymanagement #propertymaintenanceservices #heritagebuildings #heritagebuilding #historicbuildings #historicbuilding #conservation #listedbuilding #listedbuildings #londonbuildings

Roof has gone onto the extension. The external wall insulation has been installed and the Ashlar lines have been cut in, and the render is well under way. The front door canopy is under construction. Upstairs, the ceilings and walls have been skimmed and the bathrooms are under way. Downstairs all the studwork has been built and the plasterboarding is well under way. #property #propertydevelopmentuk #propertydeveloper #propertyinvestment
