After we received the tires, we scanned them into our computer system to make sure that everything was entered into the system properly. They visually inspect all parts of the tire to make sure there is no injuries. They write down everything that's on the computer on the side of the tire, so we know through every step that we can double check everything in the computer system with what's on the top. After this it goes into our surrogate. That machine makes it so you can check out the inside of the tire, stuff that you can't see by actually looking at the tire or feeling. Wire It checks for air pockets, taking over 1000 photos. As it's running the entire process, it takes about 2 1/2 minutes to run through the process. After the stronger it goes to our buffing location in the computer, it actually will tell him what radius you're supposed to use on that tire, what trimming, all you're supposed to use, what Circumference is most likely used. As he's buffing the tire, he has to visually look at the tire to make sure that it is at the proper texture to make it so that the new rubber will properly seal to the case. Skydiving is where they are taking out all of the injuries that they can visually see in the tire. After he's cleaned up all of the injuries, cleaned up all the broken wire, he will put cement on top of all of the injuries to make sure that any of the exposed wire doesn't oxidate as it's going through the city. If it has an injury that is going all the way through the tire that needs any extra work or any extra attention, it goes into our repair area. They find the injury in the tire and they will once again clean out the injury completely once they get. Everything cleaned out, they put more cement on it and wants to cement dries. They actually refill it with uncured rubber completely, see all that in completely get all the air pockets out and then they put in a reinforcement patch on the inside of the tire to make sure that the tire doesn't fail again in that area. After this it goes into extrude. So they put a thin layer of uncured rubber all the way around the tire where the tread is going to be off. Once it gets to the builder, he once again puts it on the machine, scans it into the computer, double checks everything with what's. In the system of what's what written on the tire so he can make sure he puts the correct tread that the customer wants on the tire. After this it goes into our chamber area. The teammate running the chambers you will once again visually inspect the tire, making sure that everything throughout the process has been completed. After that we put it into our ovens. Each oven will hold 22 tires. When is in the oven, it is also hooked up to another airline which will help release all the air pressure out of the inside an envelope at the beginning of the process. And that helped put pressure on the tread seal onto the tire. For a normal standard cure it runs at 220�� for three hours is what we normally run most of our tires out. After this they have to remove the rings and envelopes and then they visually inspect the tire again. Just like the initial inspection stage. They put it on another inspector, they scan it into the computer to make sure that what is in the computer was everything was put on the tires. After this it finally goes into the painting stage and then it is sent out to the customer or the store. That we are supplying the tires for.
