Coiled Tubing FE, IWCF-4 & T-BOSIET Certified

Ensuring the success of a coiled tubing job involves meticulous planning, execution, and follow-up. Over the next five days, I'll be sharing insights into the key stages of a coiled tubing operation, focusing on the importance of safety, quality control, and well integrity management at every step. On Day 1, we emphasized the importance of thorough pre-job preparation, including risk assessments, securing necessary permits, and creating contingency plans. Now, let's delve into the critical aspects of team and equipment preparation. Each team member undergoes rigorous training in hazard identification, emergency response, and maintaining well integrity standards, with all personnel holding the necessary certifications relevant to their roles. Equipment undergoes detailed inspections to confirm it’s in top condition for safety and quality and aligned with well integrity requirements. This includes verifying the integrity of coiled tubing, conducting pressure tests at specified rates, and ensuring all safety and well integrity features are operational. Team members are well-versed in well integrity management protocols, from well control to leak prevention. This phase ensures everyone is equipped to work safely, maintain high-quality standards, and uphold well integrity. #TeamSafety #QualityAssurance #WellIntegrity #PPE #coiledTubing ##wellintegrity ##wellintervention
