How to get jacked” 🙄 Facts: ✅ Collagen has not been proven to be effective for hypertrophy. ✅ Hypertrophy occurs at multiple rep ranges, as long as you train to failure or near failure. ✅ Training programs don’t necessarily have to be 4 days a week. It’s recommended to train at least 3. ✅ It’s not so much the number of exercise you perform but the volume of sets. ✅ You can alter the stimuli by changing other variables besides weight, rep speed for example. Sorry James, you failed!

Those who aim to measure muscle thickness increases as a response of, for example, resistance training should be aware of standardization problems arising from different sources, such as muscle swelling from previous activity, probe pressure and angle and daytime. If reliability can be considered sufficient seems to depend on the way it is calculated. However, practitioners might not be interested in the way to calculate, but what actually happened. To improve transparency and interpretability, in accordance with previous research, we propose the implementation of quantifying the systematic and random error in addition to just relative reliability indices such as the ICC. Just some information which can be read in detail in our study, led by Lars Lohmann.
