Having worked in and with retailers myself for over 2 decades, it makes me feel good that: 1) This team will take these ideas and make them work to make their work AND personal lives better 💥 BUT ALSO 2) This will also have a direct benefit to their clients 💥💥💥💥💥 Yesterday I asked them to go on a walk, and photograph something that represented teamwork. We interviewed for the following traits in the following order of importance: 1.
