Artur de Azevedo Apartment In this #duplex #apartment, the main challenge was the integration of #environments, to provide the customer with greater comfort and a feeling of spaciousness when using it. This #project was created for a young couple who have just acquired their first apartment in São Paulo, and the main need was the integration of social spaces. Thus, the #architects of the #LCAC office were hired to improve the use of spaces without letting the clients' personality be present. This staircase is a double-flight helical to be housed in a California home. The design is sleek and simplistic, yet the sculptural geometry is what makes it a true statement in the space.  The staircase is to be finished out with a painted balustrade, oak treads with an angled riser, and a round oak handrail.
