Posting content on our Ligentia company LinkedIn page is a huge part of my role, as is encouraging others to do the same on their own personal profiles. That said, I’ve got to confess that it’s pretty rare I post anything myself (oops 🙃).
So, off the back of a successful week where we hosted our very first Ligentia Collaborate customer event, I thought it was high time I practiced what I preach!
It was an amazing opportunity to bring our customers and partners together for a day of sharing knowledge, discussing ideas and networking face-to-face. Aside from hearing some great insights around technology, AI and sustainability in supply chains, some of the highlights for me were:
💬 Being able to meet and speak to some of our customers, many for the first time! As someone not in a typically customer-facing role, being able to connect with the people we work with and learn more about them was really special.
🤖 Hearing more about the cool stuff we’re doing with our partners to shake up supply chain management and continue going beyond boundaries (sorry, you'll have to excuse the slightly shameless use of our tagline – it’s the marketer in me).
💜 Seeing so many of my colleagues come together to deliver a genuinely great day. Whether it was through the many months of planning beforehand, pushing themselves out of their comfort zones on the day or simply turning up and showing their support, it meant a lot!
I’m heading into the Bank Holiday weekend feeling pretty positive – partly because I’m proud of what we collectively delivered, but mainly because I’m proud to be part of such an incredible team of people 🤩
