Hi! I’ve just finished using RFM clustering analysis to analyze customer data for EcommerceU and find better marketing strategies. Significant trends were found, with GMV declining by 16% and AOV declining by 13.31% in 2022 compared to 2021. From 5.814 users who completed the transactions, I identified seven customer groups: Best Customers (10%), Big Spenders (21%), Potential Loyalists (1%), Recent Customers (22%), Hibernating Customers (20%), At Risk (15%), and Lost (11%). Recommendations include personalized VIP benefits, targeted discounts, loyalty programs, and re-engagement campaigns. This analysis highlights the importance of using simple but effective strategies and continuously improving priority segments that do not include Potential Loyalists because this is the segment with the fewest users, namely 1% By implementing these tactics into practice, EcommerceU can boost customer engagement and improve sales performance. #RFMClustering #CustomerSegmentation #Ecommerce #MarketingStrategy #PersonalizedMarketing #DataAnalysis https://lnkd.in/gUvGTiaQ
