They break down silos, fostering a sense of camaraderie and shared purpose. When we openly discuss our challenges, we realize we're not alone. Just finished another summative evaluation with a company in California, and it’s time for more celebration. I installed our Trivium Leadership Model at the beginning of Q1 and their YTD numbers are in through Q3: Turnover - down 63% Revenue - up 27% Negative Feedback - down 55% Employee NPS - up 31% And maybe my favorite: Revenue per employee - up 36% For obvious reasons, my clients remain confidential for at least three years. But regardless of their size, Trivium is stabilizing broken companies, launching new ones, and amplifying the juggernauts! It’s not just about numbers—it’s about creating a culture that thrives. Ever heard a company say, "We’re family"? 🤔 Let’s be real: We’re not. And that’s okay. Here’s the thing— families are about love, support, and being there no matter what. But a company? We’re here to compete, succeed, and drive profits. That’s the reality. So, what are we really? We’re a team. 🏆 In a team, the goal is to win together. Our role? Be the best team players we can be. We give our best, support each other, and succeed as a unit. But let’s not confuse that with the unconditional support of a family. And while we're at it, let's remember to keep pushing boundaries and improving ourselves—because growth never stops. 💪 One thing to keep in mind: On a team, we’re replaceable. ✨ I’ve always believed in the power of manifesting through setting intentions. As my mentor often reminds me, luck is where opportunity meets preparation. So I’m constantly preparing myself for the next door that could open. Last week, during #LionsGate, I found myself struggling a bit to “call in” the next big thing. So, I decided to revisit some of the things I had tried to manifest before. I came across a passage in my journal from 2022 where I wrote about the type of leader I wanted to become, and it hit me—I needed to pause and reflect. In the last week, I’ve started announcing my departure from RC Maintenance Holdings, Inc., a company I’m so proud of and excited to see grow. I didn’t anticipate this time to be one of reflection, but it has been. As I’ve been preparing to move on, so many employees have taken the time to thank me for making an impact bigger than I was even aware of. They’ve thanked me for being exactly the type of leader I set out to be. As someone who’s always focused on the “next” thing, I realized yesterday that I needed to allow myself to feel this moment. To truly absorb the impact of leadership and the responsibility that comes with it. To recognize what it means to create an inclusive environment where people feel valued and hopeful. When an employee tells you, “You gave me hope, and I’ll never forget the way you made me feel,” it’s a weighty, beautiful reminder of why we do this work. Sometimes, pausing and allowing ourselves to reflect—in all the ways—is exactly what we need to truly prepare for what’s next. It’s in these moments of reflection that we gather the strength and clarity to move forward with purpose. After all, we can’t pour from an empty cup; taking time to recharge and acknowledge our journey is essential for guiding others with the energy and purpose they deserve. This is why we do it. This is why it matters. 💫
