Susan Stark, Training Manager at IronRidge - An Enstall Company, embodies the value of education and opportunity, principles at the core of our partnership with Solar Energy International (SEI). Her journey began at SEI, where she earned four professional certifications and completed two rigorous lab trainings to prepare for the NABCEP exam. This foundation launched her into a decade-long career at Enstall companies QuickMount and IronRidge, solidifying her expertise in the solar industry. Sue’s dedication to education comes full circle in her role as an advisory committee member for SEI. Drawing from her years of field experience, she collaborates with SEI to develop curriculum for field applications, ensuring that the next generation of solar professionals is prepared to drive the global energy transition forward. In addition, Sue is a Board Member of Enstall Empowers, where she continues to drive access to education and opportunity through trainings, collaborations, and more. Sue's story truly reflects the impact of SEI and Enstall’s commitment to education and empowerment in creating a sustainable future.
