At the end of each day, I take 5-10 minutes to list 3-5 key tasks for the next day. Writing them down helps me start my morning with a clear sense of direction instead of wasting time figuring out what to do. 📍 Prioritize Wisely. I always tackle the most important or urgent task first thing in the morning when my energy and focus are at their peak. This approach helps me avoid procrastination and sets a productive tone for the rest of the day. 📍Take Intentional Breaks. I schedule short breaks throughout my day to recharge. Even just 10 minutes of stepping away from my screen or taking a walk helps me come back more focused and energized.
