We often spend a great deal of time and resources instrumenting our products and services to measure the health of our business, but we tend to overlook the health of the people who power it. It's time to change that. Our leaders and teams are the driving force behind the success of any organization, and helping them succeed should always be a top strategic priority. It's time to start "instrumenting" our leaders and teams, just like we do with our products and services, to better understand and improve their health and performance. And it can simply start by having open and honest conversations. Let's not forget that our people are the core of our business, and their health directly impacts the health of the organization.
