➡️ Early 2000s Slovakia: Property and land management meant fragmented systems, paper-based processes, and data silos. State institutions managed infrastructure development through disconnected workflows spanning multiple offices and agencies. ➡️ 2006: At EMIS s.r.o. we envisioned a system to connect cadastral data, geometric plans, and property documentation in one platform: ➡️ 2024: ESID has become the standard solution for Národná diaľničná spoločnosť and Slovenská správa ciest infrastructure projects. The system processes Real Estate Cadastre data, automates contract creation, and manages property documentation - all in one integrated workflow. 100+ projects completed. 🧭 Looking ahead: We continue developing ESID to meet evolving spatial data management needs. Are you managing state-owned properties, overseeing infrastructure development, working in regional government, administering investment parks, or looking to streamline your property portfolio management? Excited to share our latest Ireland Annual Review 2025! We had a fantastic launch event in Dublin last Thursday, wonderful to see so many there. With so many projects and programmes in the pipeline, it’s encouraging to see robust investment in infrastructure here in Ireland. However, to deliver at the scale and pace required, a more coordinated and strategic approach is essential. That's why, this year, the report takes a deep dive into programmatic thinking and its growing adoption by state bodies. Read the full report below for more insights and real-world examples of how organisations and bodies such as Iarnród Éireann and Transport Infrastructure Ireland are adopting programmatic principles to deliver critical infrastructure. https://lnkd.in/exHRbZRq

🚨 Big News in UK Infrastructure! 🚨 Today, the government unveiled the National Infrastructure and Service Transformation Authority (NISTA) — a game-changer for how the UK will manage and deliver its most critical infrastructure projects. Bringing together the responsibilities of the National Infrastructure Commission (NIC) and the Infrastructure and Projects Authority (IPA), NISTA will streamline project delivery and strengthen public-private partnerships. It’s all part of a 10-year strategy to get projects moving faster, smarter, and with greater coordination across sectors. What does this mean for businesses? For those working in construction, technology, telecommunications, and digital transformation, this is a huge opportunity. With NISTA at the helm, there will be clearer investment frameworks and faster decision-making — paving the way for collaboration and innovation. At InsightBull, we see this as a critical moment for the digital and infrastructure landscape. Solutions like Goldilock Firebreak™ will be crucial in meeting the heightened security and resilience demands of these projects, particularly as digital infrastructure becomes central to the UK’s growth. We’re excited to see how NISTA will reshape the future of UK infrastructure — and what opportunities it will create for businesses ready to innovate and lead in this space. 🚀 #Infrastructure #DigitalTransformation #NISTA #PublicPrivatePartnerships #InsightBull #Firebreak #Innovation #TMT

The OAG view on the Fast-Track Approvals Bill The fast-track bill has been debated widely and has been strongly supported by people who believe building infrastructure, including housing, takes far too long in New Zealand. The potential problem, from a public administration perspective, is well articulated in the submission by the OAG who focuses on transparency of decision making and conflicts of interest and the importance of trust in the public sector. https://lnkd.in/gkutMPMx #infrastructure #publicpolicy #publicservice
