Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an EHS Recruiter located in Cincinnati, OH. As an EHS Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment within the environmental, health, and safety industry. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop effective recruitment strategies and build a strong talent pipeline. Qualifications Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the environmental, health, and safety industry Knowledge of recruitment best practices and regulations Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively screen and assess candidates Excellent organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field Professional certifications in recruitment or human resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus If you are passionate about connecting top talent with great organizations and making a difference in the environmental, health, and safety industry, we would love to hear from you!
