I want to ask the Executive, parliament and judiciary why two types of interpretations made 1) If Film against Muslims and Islam, it is freedom of experience. If the film is against the Sanadhan or Hinduism, then it is law and order issue 2) If Muslim make crime then it is terrorism. If Sanadhan or Hindu or Christian make crime then it is emotional or maximum crime 3) If Muslim boys love others, it is Love Jihad. If Non Muslim loves Muslim girl then it is her right . 4) If Law (CAA) made discriminating Muslim, it is constitutional. Can we make law excluding other caste or community, then it is anti constitution. 5) If Sanghis destroy the Masjid, then it is emotional and no legal dept try to protect.

In Territory, Authority, Rights, one of the world’s leading authorities on globalization shows how the national state made today’s global era possible. Saskia Sassen argues that even while globalization is best understood as “denationalization,” it continues to be shaped, channeled, and enabled by institutions and networks originally developed with nations in mind, such as the rule of law and respect for private authority. For how long such abuse? Applying the power and authority of the state to compel Muslim women to wear hijab and punishing them in case of non-compliance is compatible with a police state, but with any state that carries the label or banner of Islam. Without fostering the environment of Iman (faith) and Taqwa (God-consciousness), just like the Prophet Muhammad (s) did during his 13 years of prophethood in Makkah, punishing women (especially physically) merely misrepresents and degrades Islam and Muslims. Rather, this type of approach will inspire more Muslim women to rebel against such repression in the name of Islam. Why vast majority of Muslim women in countries like Malaysia practice hijab WITHOUT any coercion is something these religious state authorities and Muslim people overall should ponder about.
