Take note: When your chat customer service goes well, you can keep it this way, but when you see a miscommunication begin to happen, instead of trying to resolve it by txt, be so kind to yourself & pick up the phone to make a phone call. Remember: Txt does not have a voice & the recipient can take your message so wrong & your pain is not worth it... You can resolve over 95% miscommunications with a simple phone call.
