Recently I have taken the time to reflect on a very important question. Q: What do you do when you have accomplished all of your goals? A: Set new ones! Your goals in life and Business can adapt and grow the same as you. I am someone who can say I am blessed to have been able to accomplish all of the task I have set out to accomplish. Not because I am better than anyone else or because I have had better opportunities. The Key to my success is simple….. If The Creator set it in front of me, I have already committed to doing the work necessary to complete it. No matter the task, the goal, the work, the barrier, or the project I have already made my mind up that NOTHING CAN or WILL stop me from what The Creator has Requested.

While it may seem that women’s sports are the latest “new” and “popular” trend, let’s set the record straight: Women have been performing at elite levels in sports for decades. The gap has never been about talent or passion but about the resources, funding, and, most crucially, the media exposure they've been afforded. For too long, corporations and major media outlets have been reluctant to invest in marketing campaigns and air time for women's sports. This has created a false narrative that fans aren’t interested, which couldn’t be further from the truth. The sheer excitement and turnout at events like this prove that when given the chance, people are eager to support and celebrate female athletes. As we look ahead, let's hope more leagues, teams, and cities follow this example and create spaces for larger women's sporting events. This isn’t just about filling stadiums today but about inspiring generations of young women tomorrow. They need to see the opportunities waiting for them, to dream big, and to know that their talents can and will shine on the world stage. Thank you to everyone who showed up at Wrigley and to those who continue to champion women's sports.
