Over the past few months I have been starting to educate myself on AI and how it will affect HR and Recruiting. I will say the more I learn the less fearful I have become; I am more curious and a little excited to see how it could be incorporated as a tool to aid in daily tasks and how else it can be used. I am still cautious of course as there are plenty of ways it can be misused but so far, I am enjoying gaining new knowledge.
