Did you know that Y Combinator has invested in 31 space startups and is actively seeking new space ventures? Five of these startups have raised over $90 million. Well-funded startups often feature second-time entrepreneurs or team members from leading companies like SpaceX, Blue Origin, Virgin Orbit, Relativity Space, NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration, and Lockheed Martin. These startups are supported by such VCs such as Soma Capital, BBQ Capital, Seraphim Space, Space VC, Type One Ventures, and others. Our co-founder, Denis Kalyshkin, has reviewed Y Combinator's current portfolio and identified the strengths that led these startups to receive investment.     Bedrock Ocean Exploration is making waves at the US Navy's Advanced Naval Technology Exercise (ANTX) this month! Their mission is to redesign the marine survey experience by paving the way for detailed mapping and interpretation of seafloor data. They've engineered a new generation of autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) to support ocean-based renewable energy infrastructure, seaport construction, and other maritime R&D projects. Bedrock uses Epsilon3 to manage integration, field testing, and system checks for its electric AUVs. Thanks to Charles Chiau and his team for providing this photo and trusting Epsilon3 to help drive mission success! P.S. Like most robot and drone operators, they use a video game controller to operate their fleet.

We are thrilled to announce two major advancements in our mission to revolutionize in-space transportation: 1️⃣ GEO Rideshare Program: Our new program, featuring the high-performance Helios kick stage, aims to drastically reduce the cost of transporting small satellites to Geostationary Earth Orbit (GEO) and other high-energy orbits. The first mission is set for 2027, offering payload ports starting at 300 kg. 2️⃣ Upgraded Mira Design: Our original orbital transfer vehicle, Mira, has received significant upgrades to enhance its capabilities in GEO and beyond. With improved radiation hardening, advanced avionics, and a robust power supply, Mira is now equipped for precise deployment and hosting on arrival in orbit.
