This was a fantastic event yesterday! We are so grateful to everyone who came along and shared their experiences and ideas. The roundtable discussion covered a range of subjects including challenges people were facing with improving engagement with their networks, reaching new audiences, and making time to invest in networks. Participants were able to share their experiences and intelligence with one another to suggest new approaches. Today is Ada Lovelace Day and we are celebrating all of our women in tech! In Scotland, women make up around a quarter of the tech workforce but much more work needs to be done to level the playing field for a more equal, diverse, and inclusive tech workforce.
