Ok, my insurance is up for renewal and the company I am using are coming in at just over a monkey, that's just over £500 🕵️♀️ The cover is what I need in place as a training provider, public liability, employers liability and professional indemnity 💁♂️ So, I double checked the wording, Directors & officers are not covered, now, that's a little tricky, when I am going to be working as an instructor & assessor as soon as I have the awarding body's paid for I will put together my own courses, but besides that, I need to be covered or how can I work, it doesn't make sense ! My dry lining instructor who I recruited from walking on a building site has nearly completed his L3 Award in education & training. Another company wanted £2500 per year, see ill ,let you in to a little secret about insurance company's, I can right now start a brokers with a company that is above me with all the accreditation's who will want 45% commission for their services for the official side and I am just a middle man taking 55% of peoples money just because they signed with me, I am sure that was how it was.
