Guz, was like writing a love letter to the world of Inclusion. Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Belonging - these are so close to my heart. Being a Third Culture Kid - living now in a different country than I was born in, these topics have been ever present with me. I loved C.'s questions - as I believe an inclusive world - is one that will thrive. In everything that is going on in today's world, I wish for us humans, to respect, care, and nurture eachother. That is my wish. In the world of work - we face much diversity. The workworld, is a reflection of everything going on in society. Creating Inclusive, Equitable, Diverse cultures at work will only reflect to society as a whole (and vice versa). Let's continue to do the good work, and create cultures that thrive. Very sobering findings "that the world economy could see a talent shortfall of more than 85 million people by 2030". While it is true that employers are taking new approaches to recruitment, like 'Skills-based hiring' they are also thinking outside the box and finding unique sources to identify candidates and retained contract clients.
