Dokter sengkal fredika. Unter einem Doktor Ralf Koek we. Both radiation oncologists and the founding partners of AGIA groups business in Germany. We both studied medicine at Good University in Frankfurt and Harvard Medical School. After gaining clinical experience in internal medicine and urology, we were drawn to cancer care, which led us to specialize in radiation oncology. We spent more than 10 years working in public hospitals, where we gained valuable experience. However, we found ourselves wanting more time and resources to provide the level of personalized care we aspire to offer our patients, driven by the desire for more flexibility and the dream of building a practice. Entered on truly patient focused care, we made a bold decision in 2008 to become entrepreneurs and opened our first radiotherapy practice, Shrine Therapy. Kristall in Aalen in Baden-W��rttemberg. Practice. We quickly realized that there were not enough radiotherapy centres to meet the demands in our region. Cancer patients who are traveling long distances to get their radiotherapy treatments at our practice, which wasn't ideal for compliance or patient experience. In response, we worked hard to improve the situation and within just three years expounded into a small group of clinics. Four sides for radiation oncology, one for oncology and hematology, and one practice specialized in diagnostic imaging. Since 2008, our passion project has grown into a network of 28 radiotherapy practices, including one cyber knife site, 2 oncology centres, 2 diagnostic imaging practices and one hospital. We remain committed to further growth with plans to expand our presence and services, creating new opportunities to positively impact even more lives. Each new practice added to our network has marked a significant milestone, reflecting our commitment to expanding access to high quality cancer care. We are grateful for the successful growth of our network in Germany, achieved through collaboration with highly skilled colleagues who share our dedication to compassionate care with advanced medical technologies. In 2021, our company Radio Oncology Netzwerk joined Argia Group and we expanded our horizons beyond Germany. We let the German operations until 2023, when we transitioned into our roles as chairpersons of the Argia Group's Board of Directors. In this capacity, we focus on shaping the strategic direction of the entire group. What continues to drive us is the same passion that inspired our entrepreneurial journey from the beginning and Hansing patients access to excellent and compassionate care. We also remain actively involved in clinical work at our very first practice, which keeps us grounded in what really matters our patients.
