How to make clients want to work with you. (an actual reliable process) Everybody knows the drill. You are on that client call. He reached out! Now you want to convince him you are the one to work with. this is what happens most of the time: → On the call you pitch your service → Afterwards the client asks for the price → Now hopefully your client understands all your product features and accepts if not? It'll be hard to get him back. What can you do instead? → Before calling: write down your client's problems → On the call talk about his problems without him asking → Your (potential) client will think you can solve his problems (because you understood them in the first place) Now he / she client will not buy a product with some USPSs. But he will buy a service solving his problems. And this makes his decision a lot easier. P.S. Did you try this before? How did it go?
