Nurses already know that their job serves a higher purpose; that’s why most of them became nurses in the first place.” Also cited as a factor in job satisfaction is the ability to take an uninterrupted lunch break. At Western Psychiatric Hospital, I get an hour break, which make a big difference in my day. I can go for a walk, read a book, or just stare at a wall.
