New Yorkers are getting out of New York. People are leaving Long Island and you wanna know why? We're gonna get into it. So I was reading this article. It's funny because I was already gonna make a video about this because as a realtor, I see at least 30% of the sellers that I talked to or sell homes for are leaving New York. And I just saw that it was about between 2017 and 2022. There is 2 about 270,000 people who left New York for another state offset. Only by about 100,000 that came in from the boroughs, from Queens, from Brooklyn, from wherever to move into Long Island. That is a pretty wild swing of people leaving in, you know, what I'm hearing on my end is people are sick of the politics. People feel that, you know, you're just can't do business in New York anymore and it is pretty, pretty insane. But I want to know what you think.
